Kalamata Olive Tapenade
3/4 C. Kalamata olives, pitted
3/4 C. cream cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 T fresh lemon juice
Directions: Put olives, cream cheese, garlic and lemon juice in Cuisinart and pulse until desired consistency. Olives are cured with salt already. If you think you need to add some salt, use it sparingly. After mixing, place in decorative bowl and serve up as desired. Your guests won't know what hit them! Picture courtesy Jolene Hansen 2009
